Weeder’s digest: March 6, 2010

It’s time to have pruned hybrid tea, Floribunda and climbing roses, always cutting back to an outward-pointing bud to leave an open-centred bush free of wispy shoots. The more sun and wind that gets into a rose bush, the less likely it is to become diseased.
